Sports Achievements
Represented Jharkhand State as an Under-14, Under-16, and Ranji-level cricketer.
In 2006, under his successful captaincy, Jharkhand State won the Himalaya Cup (Under-16) for the first time in history. For this achievement, he was honored with the State Sports Award by the then Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Shri Madhu Koda.
Service to the Nation
Served in the Bihar Regiment of the Indian Army for three years (2009–2011) as a Running Instructor.
Professional & Political Journey
From 2009 to 2020, worked in the vehicle modification business. In 2010, he received the Jharkhand State Youth Icon Award from the former Chief Minister, Late Shri Shibu Soren.
From 2011 to 2014, established and successfully operated SMS Job Services in Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, with the objective of providing employment opportunities to unemployed youth and homemakers.
From 2012 to 2016, with the blessings of former Chief Ministers of Uttar Pradesh Late Shri Mulayam Singh Yadav and Honorable Shri Akhilesh Yadav, and under the leadership of former Minister of State, Minority Commission Honorable Neelam Romila Singh, he served in the Samajwadi Party as a District Executive Member and District Secretary in the Samajwadi Chhatra Sabha and Mulayam Singh Youth Brigade.
Social Work
Actively participated in and organized free refreshment (Sharbat) distribution and community feasts (Bhandara) during summers.
Regularly took part in blood donation drives, social service activities, and awareness campaigns across various locations in Kanpur Nagar.
Consistently worked for the welfare of the poor, backward classes, and minority communities. Recognizing his efficiency and dedication, he was honored multiple times by the then State Government between 2012 and 2016 with various awards.
Entrepreneurship & Service During COVID-19
Successfully operating a travel company named “Saksham Travels” since 2015.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, despite facing severe personal and family challenges, he continued social service by launching BlueWind Holidays. Through this initiative, he provided one-way cab (One-Way Drop) services for needy migrant workers.
Additionally, with permission from the Uttar Pradesh Government and support from the Kanpur Nagar Traders Association, he also started free bus services for extremely poor migrant workers.
Role as a Public Representative
Served as Personal Assistant to former Minister of the Uttar Pradesh Minority Commission, Honorable Neelam Romila Singh, from 2012 to 2016.
In 2022, he was unanimously elected as Sarpanch of his native village Badi, Anchal: Katri Sarai, District: Nalanda, State: Bihar.
Family Legacy
Great-Grandfather:Freedom fighter Late Guru Sahay Lal, who served as Revenue and Development Minister in 1937 under the government of Chief Minister Mohammad Yunus, even before India’s independence. He played a significant role in spreading education across Bihar.
Several schools, colleges, and dharamshalas are still established in his name. Prakash Raj Sinha belongs to the third generation of this family, which has been dedicated to social service and public upliftment for over 136 years.
